By accessing or using Waylume services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Waylume provides AI-assisted product experiences, including navigation guidance and related assistance features, through a web application, browser extension, backend APIs, and SDK integrations.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass security controls.
Do not submit content you do not have the right to process.

4. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. You are responsible for activities performed under your account.

5. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with consent and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

6. Third-Party Services

Waylume may rely on third-party services (for example, AI and hosting providers). Availability and behavior of such services may affect Waylume functionality.

7. Fees and Paid Plans

Waylume may introduce paid plans (including, for example, a Pro plan) in the future. If and when paid plans are offered, applicable pricing, billing terms, and refund conditions will be presented on the relevant plan page and/or additional commercial terms. During periods in which no paid plan is offered, this section does not create any payment obligation.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features, limits, and supported providers.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this website. Notice of updates will be provided by posting on the website.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Guidance and navigation outputs are generated by AI based on available context and are provided as estimated assistance.
Waylume does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that such guidance is an official navigation guide of any third-party website, product, or platform.
Actual third-party UI, operational steps, and policies may change without notice, and you are responsible for verifying final actions before execution.
Any clicks, submissions, settings changes, purchases, or other actions performed while using Waylume are made at your own responsibility and risk.
You remain solely responsible for your decisions, instructions, and actions on third-party services, even when you rely on guidance or automation features provided by Waylume.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waylume and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, in whole or in part, at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, caused security risk, or used the service in an unlawful or abusive manner. Users may discontinue use at any time. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Intellectual Property

The service, including software, design, trademarks, and related content, is owned by Waylume and/or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waylume and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Waylume regarding the service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings related to the same subject matter.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
